Medicinal ingredients
Zinc (Zinc Citrate, Zinc Bisglycinate) 3.5mg,
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 200 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients
Glycerine, Monk Fruit Extract, Orange Flavour, Stevia Leaf Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Purified Water, Xanthan Gum, Xylitol.
Directions
Children 1 - 3 years: 1 Serving 1 time per day.
Children 4 - 9 years: 1 Serving 2 - 3 times per day.
Adolescents 10 - 13 years: 1 Serving 2 - 3 times per day.
1 serving = 5 ml (1 teaspoon).
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Caution
Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
