VITAMINS: Vitamin A (Acetate), Beta-carotene, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium d-pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Biotin, Folate (Folic acid). MINERALS: Calcium (Citrate), Copper (Citrate) , Iodine (Potassium iodide), Iron (Ferrous fumarate). Also Contains: Sorbitol, dextrose, natural flavours (orange, grape, cherry, raspberry, cranberry, morello cherry, citrus extract), vegetable stearic acid, citric acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, sucralose, natural colours (carmine, tomato powder, carrot root powder). NO aspartame, salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose or artificial colours.
Children 3 to 13 years: Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal. Adolescents 14-18 years: Chew 2 tablets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children.
